the hot air fantasy was a animatronic show housed in marineland, Niagara falls, ontario inside (or near) of the ocean dome in the south-west of the park. the show was created by advanced animations or lifeformations , it is also believed that most of the characters were sculpted by a man named Dave, the install and uninstall dates are unknown. like most theme park shows it had only 1 show tape where a ringmaster polar bear would introduce several singing acts that would represent other countries.  a consistent bit that would happen threw out the show is the bear arguing with the singing acts and a penguin, whom I think would control some of the instrumentals with his organ.

personally I don't think this show was very impressive.

on the only video of the online you can see the bears jaw move rapidly even when he's not talking, even worse you can see animatronic parts between the hands and arms, making the bear look like a robot wearing a bear suit.

for the penguin he also has the sleeve problem, but he his a minor character so it doesn't matter that much. 

as for the rest of them they all have very limited movements:

moving there heads, hitting a instrument, ect. at least they all have unique movements.
